Liberty Bank Building featured at MOHAI

We were honored to learn that the Liberty Bank Building project is being featured as part of the Museum of History and Industry’s (MOHAI) acclaimed exhibit, Seattle on the Spot: The Photography of Al Smith. The exhibit is an incredible overview of Al Smith and his work documenting the Black community in 1940s Seattle. Liberty Bank Building and the work of the partners, Africatown, Black Community Impact Alliance, Byrd Barr Place and Capitol Hill Housing, are being highlighted as an example of current efforts to address displacement.

The exhibit will only be up through June, so don’t wait to go see it! You can learn more here.
